Scientific Refrigeration has been in business since 1977. We are a California corporation, holding both a C-38 refrigeration and a C-20 air conditioning state contractors license. Since we are fully insured and bonded, all of our workers are fully covered by workman's compensation insurance. A proof of insurance certificate can be provided upon request.

Our Huntington Beach office is staffed by competent personnel who will schedule your service call or answer your questions. They also maintain our extensive files of service, training manuals and equipment history files. Keeping these records timely and available is a lot of work and expensive, but we feel its well worth the trouble.

We keep a separate file on every piece of equipment we have worked on. When a technician is sent on a job, he has this file which lists the whole repair history on that equipment. These files also help us answer any of your questions about past repair history.

We have an answering service which operates after hours where a "real person" actually answers the phone and takes your message or puts you in touch with our 24 hour, 7 day a week on call technician. During normal business hours (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Mon-Fri.) you will also reach a "real person" when calling. We do not believe in voice mail and regard it as a way of not having to deal with a customer at his convenience.
